Technology for seeding: innovation signed ROJ
Active on the market for over 50 years now, the Bielese company Roj has diversified its business in the precision agriculture sector over the past decade, and at Agritechnica it introduces the most innovative solutions for seeders and transplanters. The PCS 100 is a device based on the PCS MD engine group, controlled by the PCS 100 ECU driver card. It is a scalable system that allows you to add seed distributors or hoppers for fertilizer delivery. The PCR Agrimate console provides an extremely easy-to-use user interface to monitor and configure all the sowing settings. The PCS 150 is a technology for managing transplanters. It has been designed to replace the mechanical transmission with an electric motor, thus enhancing the flexibility of the machine and providing additional functionality. The PCS 150 system, based on the PCS MD engine group, is controlled by the PCS 150 ECU driver card. The PCS 200 replaces the mechanical transmission on the sowing disc with an electric motor. Like the PCS 150, it improves the flexibility and functionality of the application. The PCS 200 system, based on the PCS MD engine group, is controlled by the PCS 200 ECU driver card. This too is a scalable system (more seed distributors or hoppers can be added), which can also be used on the transplanters because it allows you to configure a different plant density on each row, thus increasing the density on the external rows obtaining plant yields. PCS W1 is a control kit for motorized hoppers, based on the PCS MD system, with a highly reliable 12V “brushless” motor, with integrated driver card and gearmotor, designed specifically for agricultural applications. The kit is pre-configured to manage the hopper via smartphone or tablet through a miniaturized Wi-Fi access point. Thanks to this point-to-point wireless connection to the engine, the operator can configure the hopper and monitor its activity in real time.
