Power and control from the new ARION 570 CMATIC

From tillage to seeding, transport operations and municipal work to loader work, the new 180 hp CLAAS ARION 570 CMATIC tractor is a versatile model that offers outstanding performance for a wide range of operations. The ARION 570 CMATIC is powered by a 4.5-liter Stage V engine, which delivers a maximum power of 180 hp without boost. The maximum torque of 730 Nm is available at 1,400 rpm. The reinforced Dana front axle accommodates the increased power of the vehicle. The CMATIC continuously variable transmission boasts two automatically selectable driving modes: power zero and a top speed of 40 or 50 km/h. This particular type of transmission has demonstrated  efficiency, resistance and reliability under even the most demanding working conditions. The powertrain management is optimally coordinated: acceleration, deceleration and changes in direction are effortless. Another strong point of the CMATIC technology is the front loader mode. When activated, the transmission software uses intelligent monitoring of engine torque and speed to prevent the wheels from slipping while pushing, acting exactly like a wheel loader. Furthermore, precise speed control in the hydrostatic range, especially when stacking straw bales or pallets, ensures greater precision and makes the operator's job easier. Also worth mentioning is the automatic braking system which, using data from the transmission sensors, automatically activates the brake of the trailer or the connected implement as soon as critical pushing forces are exerted on the tractor. Also standard on the ARION 570 CMATIC is the ergonomic control armrest with 12-inch CEBIS terminal and CMOTION steering lever, which keeps the right hand in a relaxed position for easy and ergonomic access to more than 20 functions, including cruise control, reverse shuttle and speed adjustment. The cab is a quiet environment thanks to its four-point suspension, which isolates the driving position from the vehicle's vibrations, while the PROACTIV front axle suspension balances the machine perfectly. The CLAAS CEMIS 1200 terminal with 12-inch color screen is available for automatic steering and precision farming. Every ARION 570 will be connected to the new CLAAS connect, allowing access to machine-specific manuals, lubricants and spare parts lists, as well as maintenance history and scheduled maintenance, from any device via Machine Connect.
