Agri-Motion X-tend: seeding and fertilization wireless control

Agri-Motion X-tend, a kit that allows managing seeding and fertilization wirelessly, will be on stage at EIMA 2021. Designed by ROJ of Biella as an evolution of the Agri-Motion PCS W1 system, Agri-Motion X-tend has been expressly studied to offer greater operational versatility. As a matter of fact, unlike its younger brother that only allowed to control one motorized hopper, Agri-Motion X-tend can manage more than one engine and therefore offers the possibility to choose among a more comprehensive number of operational functions. Currently only supported by Android devices, in addition to a better user experience, Roj's latest product allows to modify the quantity of product to be dispensed by acting independently on each motor. Moreover, Roj technology enables the operator to calibrate the speed sensor and the distributor and estimate the quantity of product distributed.

Other functions of Agri-Motion X-tend include those related to the guided configuration of the machine, the indication of the operating speed and the partial hectare counting system.

The kit designed by Roj - as stated in a technical note of the manufacturer - is designed to work both with single or double hopper systems and with granular product distributors and mechanical seeders.
