MC Elettronica, innovative solutions for sowing by Editorial Staff
All the MC Elettronica’s expertise, acquired in over 35 years of business as a company specialist in manufacturing electronic equipment for the agricultural segment, will be exhibited at Agritechnica 2017, where the company of Fiesso Umbertiano (Rovigo) will show several innovative solutions. The PRO-SEEDER photocell sensor for in-line drills, allows counting and checking the passage of the seeds for each single row, even compensating for dust storage. With this sensor it is possible to determine the amount of seeds on a single row with an accuracy of more than 95%. The sensor installation and cleaning are very simple and fast, thanks to the fixing system consisting of two forks that allow the release from the seed drill tube. ASD is a motorized electric device that allows automatic adjustment of the seed selector to eliminate doubles (waste of seeds) and flaws (lack of productivity) according to the different seed calibre. To ensure the device smooth operation, the kit is made up of the ASD and of a specific sensor that allows the outgoing count from the distributor. The TCS-32 motorized electric valve allows an ON/OFF operation suitable for (positive pressure) pneumatic row seed drills, allowing the operator to shut-off rows via GPS systems, when tram-line or automatic operation are required. The ECU model BRIDGE ISOBUS allows interfacing the MC Elettronica Control System with the ISOBUS Universal Terminals (UT) ISOBUS installed on the tractor, displaying the management software application for the specific tool type. Thanks to this solution, the farmer can connect the MC Elettronica control system with UT or ISOBUS tractors of any brand and with any functional features.
