MICROSOIL rc, the small stone crusher from Seppi M.
Built to construct mountain bike trails, the MICROSOIL rc is the new stone crusher from Seppi M. Designed for radio-controlled tracked vehicles or mini-loaders with a power of 30-80 horsepower, this piece of equipment from the company based in Mezzolombardo (Trento), is also suitable for the construction and maintenance of trails. The machine, powered by an M-BOOST series engine with a displacement of 60-80 cm3, is available in working widths of 85 cm and 105 cm and can crush stones up to 15 centimeters in diameter and up to a depth of 10 cm.
The MICROSOIL rc frame is made of high-strength AR400 steel equipped with interchangeable wear plates, while the fixed SUPER DUO PROTECT tools are double-tipped with tungsten carbide inserts, which can work even the hardest rocks; the external SUPER DUO PROTECT EXTREME tools are reinforced with lateral inserts. The HELIX rotor hammers are arranged in a triple helix, both to improve energy distribution and to limit noise and reduce vibrations of the stone crusher.
Seppi M. also offers an optional inclined rotating attachment interface that can be configured for use with the SEPPI MAX 50 le or the MAX 75 le radio-controlled tool carriers. The system allows the stone crusher to move laterally (right and left) and to tilt forward and upward, thus adapting to various types of terrain.
