La Valle Verde, complete range for sod seeding
La Valle Verde is a dynamic company from Puglia - the headquarters are in Gravina, in the province of Bari - active in the agromechanical sector since 1998. In spite of its young age, the company, founded and run by young people, has gained in 18 years a level of experience and expertise that allows it to carve out an important niche in the sod seeding market segment. “We have specialized in the field of seed drills starting from a deep agronomic knowledge of conservation farming techniques - explains the company from Puglia - and on this basis we have designed and built our machines for sod seeding. A wide and varied range of applications, with a technological profile that we keep constantly updated to keep up with the times”. At EIMA International, one of the new applications signed by the Pugliese company will be on stage. This is the ISOBUS Disk 5040 model, a pneumatic disc sod sowing machine with a size ranging from 2.5 to 6 m. Equipped with hopper (rear or front), seed and fertilizer, with double volumetric dosers and rotal mushroom, the Disk 5040 is a towed application, equipped with a hydraulic turbine direct to the fan, with a continuous flow and free return flow. The sowing unit - the sowing distance is 18 centimetres - is provided with a parallel connection that allows displacements (upwards and downwards) of 25 centimetres, while the pressure of the disc can be adjusted from 54 to 362 kilogrammes. Completing the construction profile of the Disk 5040 sowing machine, we find the adjustment device in six different settings without tools, a double staggered inclined disc with double ball bearings (sealed with triple lip seal), the rear cover (in rubber), which allows to adjust (without tools) the pressure from a minimum of 9 to a maximum of 68 Kg.
