MC Electronics: innovations in the name of productivity

At EIMA International, MC Electronics, an Italian company based in Fiesso Umbertiano (Rovigo), is renewing its range of components with high-tech solutions designed to make agricultural processes even more efficient and productive. PRO-VALVE: a 2-way motorized valve for pneumatic row seed drills, which manages the exclusion of rows during Tramline operations with GPS systems. It is available in analog (Superseal 3-way) and Can-Bus (Superseal 6-way) versions, the latter with integrated PRO-SEEDER photocell to monitor and count seeds. The PRO-VALVE valve is designed for assembly on seeding tubes, with customizable adapters for mushroom distributors. The UNI-SEEDER: a photocell for precision seeders, available in bracket or tube version. With high-resolution optics and advanced software (micro-processor) to accurately distinguish seeds, it is a universal photocell, self-adapting to dust and ambient light, and offers immediate diagnostics thanks to RGB LEDs and LIN protocol.

Again in the precision seed drill  segment, MC Electronics offers the DORADO EVO "all in one" sowing control system designed to manage up to 12 rows with analog photocells, expandable to 48 with LIN-BUS. The 5" color touch display integrates the control unit, making it easier to use. Also in the spotlight is the ESD EVO, an evolution of the Electronic Seed Driver (ESD) system designed to electrify the movement of the seeder via electronic modules (brushless motor + driver) on each row, regulating sowing, micro-granulator and fertilizer directly from the monitor in the cab. It replaces traditional mechanical systems for complete automatic management. New developments from the Rovigo-based manufacturer also include the combine harvester sector, where the Grain Loss Sensor (GLS) technology is making its debut: a seed loss sensor applied to stainless steel bars of various lengths. The device detects leaks in the screening and harvesting systems, sending real-time signals to the combine harvester control system. The versatile sensor may be customized on bars for various screening systems and is easily installed thanks to the anti-vibration mounts. It is compatible with CAN bus and ECU Gateway digital signals.
