MC Elettronica, a company from Umbertiano (Rovigo, Italy) specialising in the design and manufacture of control units and high-tech components, presents the restyling of the ESD3 ISOBUS SYSTEM technology for precision seed drills. The most significant innovation introduced by the Veneto-based company concerns the simultaneous multi-product management of seed, microgranulator and fertiliser through a single application integrated in the display. Another new feature is the automatic management of the entire process thanks to the Task Control system which, combined with the possibility of installing more sensors, improves the overall efficiency of the equipment, reducing set-up and working times. Dorado EVO, on the other hand, is a seeding control system designed to optimise space, to facilitate the use of the precision seed drill on which it is installed and to simplify setting operations. In fact, the ALL IN ONE construction solution adopted by MC Elettronica has made it possible to integrate the system's control unit inside the monitor, thus facilitating its installation and enabling the system to manage up to 48 photocells simultaneously. By reading the data provided by Dorado EVO, it is also possible to obtain statistics on field operations, according to ISO 7256-1. Also new is the range of Smart photocells for precision seed drills. The line - explains MC Elettronica - offers superior seed detection quality (from large to smaller seeds such as rapeseed), which improves the accuracy of seeding operations and reduces both working time and possible product losses.
