In the field of side mulchers, Alpego introduces the new TL 50 range, three-side machines designed to be combined with the tractor in the rear position. These models are intended for professional use on extensive green areas, uncultivated surfaces, roadsides, ditches, and embankments, where they can process plant residues, bushes and prunings. Offered in versions with power requirements from 100 to 220 horsepower and working widths from 2.0 a 2.6 TL, side mulchers stand out for the standard equipment of a double-bottomed cutting chamber that increases the strength of the machine and prolongs its durability; of the of hydraulic shock-absorber technology, which cushions shocks during work operations; of the NO-STOP elastic shock-absorber safety system, which in case of unseen obstacles kicks in cushioning the blow. The wide hydraulic tilt (from +90° to -65°) ensures optimal maintenance of embankments and hedges, and the hydraulic displacement, among the largest in its class, ensures the wheels are safely positioned on the tread, in full compliance with the strictest safety standards. The rich standard equipment (540-rpm PTO oil-bath freewheel in the overdrive, 2nd and 3rd fork couplings, double homokinetic shaft, 160-millimeter rear roller with protected bearings, fixed counter-knife, pair of skids) enhances the performance and versatility of a machine designed to handle easily even the most demanding work situations.
