Master Super: the new Falc range
Falc, a company from Faenza that for the last sixty yearshas been producing agricultural machinery in the name of quality and reliability, took the opportunity of Eima 2018 to present a new side and rear shredder called, Master Super. Created to satisfy the requirements of demanding customers, the machine sets itself as a new point of reference for this category of equipment. The strengths of this new version are its durability, the size of the tools and the greater possibility of lateral displacement due to the external position of the transmission box, which make it particularly effective in mulching grass, bushes, brambles and branches up to 7-8 cm in diameter. The machine can work with great versatility and ease of use in orchards, olive groves, citrus groves, along the sides of the roads and the banks of canals and ditches, while ensuring excellent quality of the mulched material and high speed of execution even in the most difficult conditions.
The Super Master is available in four models: 1600, 1800, 2100 and 2500, with a working width from 1585 to 2485 mm and with a maximum side displacement (measured from the centre of the tractor) of 2840, 3020, 3380 and 3740 mm. Furthermore, it can be adjusted by means of a hydraulic piston and according to the slope of the ground, from +90° to - 60°. When there are any obstacles, a safety system with shock-absorbing springs guarantees the backward movement of the mulcher, with its automatic and gradual return to the mulching position. In line with the above design features, the technical data is completed by the large diameter rotor tube, the large displacement and tilting jacks (equipped with a blocking valve), the steel supports inside the rotor, the pins to carry the 25 mm diameter hammers, the articulations on self-lubricating bushings, the multiplier with free wheel, the cardan shaft with double homokinetic joint, the lateral transmission by means of four toothed belts and the completely closed shredding box in full compliance with the increasingly stringent regulations regarding safety.
