Effective and resistant the new STCM stone crushers

FAE renews its range of stone crushers by introducing the STCM series, which replaces the current STC. The new addition to the Trentino company - the company's headquarters are located in Fondo, in the province of Trento - is a machine designed to crush stones up to 30 centimetres in diameter and up to a depth of 20 centimetres, with a working width of 2 and 30 metres. The equipment has been developed to work on agricultural land that needs to be reclaimed from stones and can be used in combination with tractors with powers ranging from a minimum of 80 to a maximum of 280 hp. Compared to the previous version, the STCM has significant technical innovations. In fact, FAE designers have increased the inlet of the material to allow a greater collection of the same, both in depth and on the surface. In addition, the adjustable counter blade is hydraulic, which - declares the company - improves the control of the grain size of the soil during the processing phases. Among the other features of the new stone crusher, the internal Hardox counter blades stand out, which contribute to a homogeneous processing of all the material that enters the shredding chamber, and the robust protection chains that allow the removal of crushing residues to a minimum, protecting the power units. The use of high-strength anti-wear steels for the chassis, the interchangeable internal and external protections, the heat-treated forged steel tool holder, complete the advantages of the equipment, ensuring high resistance even with the most demanding processes. The STCM range consists of seven models and five widths and can be equipped with STC/3 or STC/3/HD or STC/3/FP tools.
