FAE is expanding its mini loader product range with a new stump grinder, which is particularly suitable for forestry work, as well as for cutting operations along roadsides, river banks or in agricultural environments.

It is the compact SCL/SSL model, which is equipped with a robust shredding disc and is able to work on the most stubborn stumps and roots, up to a depth of 50 centimetres, to offer top performance even in park maintenance operations.

The agility of manoeuvre of the new FAE stump grinder is enhanced by the Direct Drive motor, specially designed by the Trento-based company (their headquarters are in Fondo) to minimise routine maintenance and to offer end users a particularly compact machine body.

For shredding the most demanding material, the operator can swing the cutter by means of the proportional hydraulic side-shift controls, while the support blade increases the stability of the attachment during the work phase.

The SCL/SSL stump grinder, which has a power requirement of between a minimum of 75 and a maximum of 120 Hp, can be equipped with the connection harnesses to allow Plug & Play connection with the most popular mini loaders on the market.
