Capello technologies in the spotlight at EIMA
Pro Connect, one of Capello's bestsellers, present at EIMA International 2021, is an integrated system designed to manage workflow according to 4.0 standards. Pro Connect is compatible with all headers produced by the Cuneo-based company and works independently of the combine or self-propelled mulcher.
Thanks to this technology - reads a note from the manufacturer - the operator can not only control the header remotely and locate the position of the machine in real time thanks to the integrated GPS, but also monitor the components of the machine during the work phase and indicate the mandatory maintenance intervals. In addition to Pro Connect, the Capello exhibition space will also be spotlighting another bestseller from the Cuneo-based company.
This is the modular Quick Up conveyor, designed specifically to connect the Capello maize header used in combination with a combine harvester to a self-propelled forage harvester. Previewed at Agritechnica 2019, the modular conveyor has quickly become one of the prized pieces of the Capello range thanks to its ease of use. As the manufacturer explains, to safely connect the maize header to the self-propelled mulcher all you have to do is act on a lever immediately after the Quick Up is applied to the mulcher.
Capello's conveyor is also equipped with an oversized auger, which ensures a constant flow of product and optimises mulcher feeding, exploiting the machine's full potential. Quick Up is therefore a very beneficial technology as it allows a single header to be used with both the combine harvester and the self-propelled mulcher; this way the operator does not have to purchase headers with specific attachments for one or the other.
