Argo Tractors Germany, a new commercial hub
The new Argo Tractors commercial hub will be built in Burgoberbach, a city on the outskirts of Nuremberg. The first step in this direction was taken in September, when the Emilian group (headquartered in Fabbrico, Reggio Emilia) purchased about 13 thousand square metres of land, where a large building of about 2600 square metres will be built. In addition to the administrative offices, the premises will host a showroom for presenting tractors, a workshop, a sales outlet, a training centre, and an event room for visitors. The new complex will also have a test field to see the Emilian company's tractors at work. "With this strategic operation – says Simeone Morra, Corporate Business Director of Argo Tractors - we continue on our path of growth and development of the worldwide sales network, which has already seen us take significant steps in recent years with the opening and implementation of new commercial branches. We will continue towards the goal of increasingly becoming a leading world player in the field of agricultural machinery. The investment in Germany will allow us to lay the groundwork for a future of further development and success in this area as well". Formerly the site of an important industrial park, Burgoberbach is a strategic location also because it is located near the agricultural training institutes of Triesdorf. With 6,000 students, it is one of the largest and most important centres on the continent. According to the road map established by Argo Tractors, construction of the complex will begin in a few months, in the spring of 2021, and will be completed by next autumn.
