The exposition dedicated to machinery and equipment, systems and services for agriculture and the agro-industry is opening at the Fiera del Levante trade fair center. The strong international features of the event are ensured by the arrival of exhibitors and business people from the countries around the Mediterranean and other regions. Consultation services for business under the governance of SACE, Italy's credit and investment protection group, and Banco Popolare bank, and also an area set aside for business to business meetings of exhibitors and business people from abroad
The 2015 edition of Agrilevante, the exposition of machinery and technologies for Mediterranean agro-food supply chains staged in the Fiera del Levante trade fair center from October 15 to 18 is confirming its status an a truly international event. Among the 310 exhibitors taking over an area of 53,000 m² abaout 50 arriving from abroad, from Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Japan, India, the UK, Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Expected are large numbers of visitors, official delegations and business people from Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East and North and Sub-Saharan Africa in attendance. Also counted on is especially strong participation of Albania and Russia and considerable presences from Ethiopia and other African countries experiencing growing demand for the mechanical engineering technologies to show interesting market opportunities for the industries in the sector. FederUnacoma, the Italian Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers Federation, and the trade fair agency, the organizers of Agrilevante, have reported that to facilitate the business meetings of the exhibiting manufacturers and business people, an Internationalization Area has been set up for the 2015 edition in Pavilion 18 to provide support services and consultations. With the collaboration of ICE, the Italian Trade Agency, the Internationalization Area will also host SACE Group officials from the group which works with FederUnacoma for offering agricultural machinery manufactures looking to export their products specific solutions as regards export insurance and trade risk coverage; and Banco Popolare Group. SACE and Banco Popolare officials will make themselves available to companies in a setting in which business people can be given assistance for handling practical issues such as the service of interpreters. Tractors and other machinery and equipment for all types of operations will be taken up in these business sessions along with means and systems for multifunctional activities and the care of hilly areas. For these purposes, Agrilevante this year has dedicated theme areas to M.iA., Multifunctional Agriculture, and Vita in Campagna, Life in the Countryside, set up by the Informatore Agrario publishing house. Brought into these two areas in Pavilion 20 for the first time is the florist sector with a greenhouse and furnished gardens.
