From rakes to salt spreaders, the whole Faza range
In the agricultural equipment sector, the company from Città di Castello is a protagonist at EIMA International. At the Bologna show, the Umbrian team lands with all the highlights of its collection
The Faza exhibition spaces at Eima International, where the company from Città di Castello presents all the flagships of its catalogue, are “sold-out”. Below in detail the standard-bearers of a wide and diversified range.
RTR-A/13-4R. This is an in-line star-wheel rake. A trailed model, it is designed to work on large areas of land, on products such as hay and straw. It is equipped with four wheels, with an articulated main frame (so the application adapts to different types of terrain) and a front folding frame, which facilitates the tractor’s manoeuvres. The working width can be set by hydraulic means; also the transition from operational setup to transport setup is managed by hydraulic means.
Offset hydraulic wheeled harrow, Elephant and Leon series. This is an application with 40 square axle (Elephant series), available, depending on the work requirements, with 28, 32, 36 and 40 discs. It is also offered in a “lighter” version (Leon) with 35 square axle, with 24, 28, and 32 discs. All the models are built on an enhanced tubular section that increases the strength and versatility of the machines, while the vertical folding of the sections is managed by four cylinders. We should mention the interlocking frame and the support with double tapered bearing on the bushing and double bilateral guard
Flou. A soil breaker with 40 square axle and enhanced tubular section. It can be used both for the aerating the soil and for direct processing on fallow land. In short, it is a flexible application able to reach a working depth of 30 cm even on the most compact soils
Tiger. A tiller for vineyards and orchards that offers the operator the option of adjusting the working width and adapting the machine to any type of inter-row space.
160-IC-2 fertilizer burier. Designed to work in inter-row crops, the 160-IC-2 model presents a telescopic frame (working width from 120 to 160 cm) and with a stainless steel fertilizer carrier. It opens and closes hydraulically, operated directly from the tractor’s driving position.
Fox. A self-loading disc salt spreader, managed from the tractor cab, whose main strength is its simplicity of use. A hydraulic jack allows the machine to rotate, loading the salt directly from the pile; when the application returns to its working position, one of the hydraulic motors allows the screw shaker to move the salt and make it fall uniformly on the spreading disc. The machine is equipped with two speed regulators: the first one controls the auger shaker and the second controls the speed of the spreading disc.
Felix/120. The first self-loading salt spreader produced by the Faza brand. Also in this case, the salt loading operations are managed by a hydraulic jack, which allows the hopper to tilt while a series of springs tensioned by a lever allows to regulate the quantity of salt or sand to be distributed.
SF groomer. This application has been expressly designed by the Umbrian manufacturer for organic processing. It finds its ideal field of application in combating weeds and in soil aeration, by grinding the superficial crust. The use of herbicides can be completely eliminated with the Faza groomer.
