FAE's low-maintenance RQL/HY mulcher

FAE introduces its forestry mulcher for powerpack vehicles and 10-to 15-ton wheeled excavators. The RQL/HY model has been specially designed to shred grass, shrubs and trees up to 15 cm in diameter on road and railway embankments, canal, river and lake banks. The FAE forestry mulcher is also suitable for the management and protection of wildlife areas and the care of commercial and sports green areas. It is a particularly versatile work tool that stands out for its low-maintenance and compact size.

The latter feature adds to the agility of the engine, and is further enhanced by the clean and minimal layout of the cylinder head (the hydraulic block with the flow control valve is integrated into the engine). Furthermore, as the Trentino manufacturer itself states in a technical note, the head has been designed in such a way as to offer reliability and high performance.

The new RQL/HY can be equipped with C/3/MINI tools and BL/MINI blades and is available in the widths: RQL/HY-125, RQL/HY-150 and RQL/HY-175.
