New Holland: the new TH Series telehandlers
The TH range from New Holland includes 6 models and 14 versions. From the entry level S version up to the Elite version, the TH telescopic handlers have been designed to offer tailor-made solutions for the operational needs of various agricultural activities
At Eima International, New Holland Agriculture is launching new models on many of its lines. Even the six to nine metre telehandlers have been restyled both in design and in technical features. The aesthetic side sees the debut of the new livery (which integrates the range of telescopic handlers in the Harvesting range) with bright yellow coupled with the dark grey of the lower part, giving the eye of the observer a feeling of solidity and strength. The interior of the cabin also has a renewed look, where the new pneumatic seats make their debut. “The expanded TH series offers tailor-made solutions for the operational needs of various agricultural activities, from the entry level S version up to the Elite version, ideal for large-scale farms and contractors, as well as for the exploitation of biomass”, explains Sean Lennon, global manager of New Holland.
These richer offerings aim to meet the specific requirements of various agricultural activities. The TH series has been extended to include 6 models and 14 versions. The new entry level S, available for TH6.32 and TH7.32, offers durable and powerful performance thanks to the 133-horsepower engine, while the Classic version, available in 6, 7 and 9 metre models, ideal for small livestock farms and for farming uses. It is equipped with a self-locking differential on the rear axle (to increase the traction under difficult conditions), variable displacement hydraulic pump, radiant mass cooling fan, reversible device for cleaning the grills and the radiant masses themselves. The Plus version, on the other hand, designed to meet the specific needs of mixed livestock and agricultural activities, stands out above all for the comfort it offers the operator (the pneumatic suspension seat, the steering column). A hydraulic quick coupler allows you to change tools quickly and easily while the cab rear lights improve visibility during nighttime operations. The Elite version is especially recommended for large-scale farms, for contractors, and for the exploitation of biomass. It is equipped with a 146-horsepower engine with advanced features such as the hydraulic pressure relief system, heated air suspension seat, armrest with integrated controls, cab and boom rear lights to maximize productivity and driving comfort.
The new transmission with electronic modulation ensures maximum fluidity in gear changes. The TH series is equipped with a brand new transmission with electronic modulation that ensures greater fluidity of gear changes and direction. The 4x3 version of the S and Classic models have an advanced transmission that guarantees greater thrust even with the third speed, particularly useful on trench slopes and ensiling operations. The 6x3 version on the Plus and Elite models offers two modes of change of FWD/REV direction, offering a simpler and more efficient use as well as an automatic gear change mode for transfers. The Élite model also provides an automatic mode of gearshift and direction, which further improves the performance of the farm work.
