Kverneland, H Series arriving
In the sector of mowers Kverneland is coming out with a new H Series, with widths of 3, 3.5 and 4 meters, updated versions of the highly evolved Series NGH 101 built for professional operations.
Compared to the NGH 101 models, the new mowers from the Norweigen manufacturer features a horizontal frame with a double case designed by the Kverneland technicials to improve the strength of the mowers without changing the weight of the machines or the linear structure.
The new H Series, of course, carries on with a number of the winning characteristics of the NGH 1010, beginning with rotor spacing of 25 cm on to double tapered bearings and a modular blade carrier system.
Also confirmed is the transmission housing with a revision for the grears now built in anti-wear materials and, on one hand, lowered power and consumption required and, on the other, a prolonged the cycle of the component and lowered the maintenance of the mower under control.
The attachment head, suitable for all types of seeders, was totally redesigned to become lighter and give the operator a greater selection of choices because it can handle second and third standards.
Also the center of gravity of the machine with a technical solution ensuring less lift capacity.
The restyling of Kverneland’s technical staff extended beyond the machine itself and also involved such accessories as the packer roller, the levelling bar and the eradicators, all redesigned to reduce maintenance intervals and increase the ergonomics for regulating components in the field.
