John Deere has introduced an innovative full frame with an integral design to the American multinational’s new 900 Series round balers to greatly improve the durability and reliability of the machine and protect the bale forming chamber components against tensions and stress. Increasing the resistance and solidarity of the new Series 900 balers is the fact that all components operate exclusively for the work they were designed to perform and shocks are taken by the frame and not the single component. Furthermore, these robust feature are enhanced by three powered rolls for easy bale starting and excellent bale shape working at reduced rotation speed and ensuring optimum performance. The RotoFlow pick-up is ideal for dry materials and the MaxiCut HC 25 with 25 knives and the H 13 with 13 knives ensure operations for great production quantities. The roller feeding system is especially suitable for dry products thanks to efficient treatment of the most sensitive crops without damage to stems. The 900 Series balers are also equipped with a feeder reverser which can be lowered from the cab to provide more operating space to safely and quickly removing clogging. The bottom is lowered across the entire length of the rotor so it is possible to deal with clogging under the auger conveyors in a matter of seconds. Aside from the speed of John Deere’s 900 Series, the quality and density of the bales produces are top-flight. These balers use all the power available to form the bale with large-diameter powered rolls to make the process more efficient. Also, thanks to the ample anti-plugging forming chamber and the transmission fluid, fuel consumption is reduced to a minimum.
