Brushcutters and chainsaws, the new products by Emak
In the brushcutter segment, the company from Bagnolo in Piano (Reggio Emilia) presents the DSH 2500 and BCH 250 S models, made - respectively - by Efco and Oleo-Mac. The new brushcutters, powered by a 25 cm3 engine, are suitable for tending lawns and trimming edges on small and flat land parcels. They offer constant performance over time even with heavy use, thanks to solutions such as the piston with two elastic segments, the shaft and the connecting rod in forged and machined steel, the roller cages, and the cylinder with nickel coating. The anti-vibration system combined with the "Primer" technology (facilitates cold starting, after each refueling or after long periods of inactivity) and the electronically controlled digital coil (simplifies starting by improving engine performance) ensure the user's comfort, while the “EasyOn” device reduces kickbacks during ignition. Among the other technical features of the Efco and Oleo-Mac brushcutters, we note the rigid transmission shaft with a diameter of 8 mm, equipped with 6 self-lubricating bushings for greater reliability and durability over time. In the chainsaw sector, the new MTH 5100 and GSH 510 models with quick ignition system and anti-vibration technology, also developed by Efco and Oleo-Mac, stand out for their optimum engine torque even at low revs. This feature - explains the manufacturer with a technical note - ensures top performance even in the most demanding conditions, while the low operating temperatures improve operator comfort and safety, and reduce engine wear. Both models come with the Easy Start device, which makes it easier to start the machine in all conditions and feature low fuel consumption.
