Monster 770 Cut Plus, the Mascar round baler with high capacity

The Vicenza company Mascar gives an encore at the EIMA Show and, as happened in the 2017 edition, fielding in the field of Casalina di Deruta the variable chamber round baler (from 80 to 170 cm), Monster 770 Cut Plus. On this machine, the constructive solutions adopted by the manufacturer from Grumolo delle Abbadesse (Vicenza) provide for a high capacity pick up system, a cutting device with 15 blades (the tools can be totally or partially excluded from the control unit), large feed augers and an anti-seizing system. But the real highlights of the Monster 770 Cut Plus are the endless belts of the pressing chamber. Compared to traditional belts with mechanical splices used on other models, these guarantee reliability and durability over time, together with a higher density of the bales and, therefore, a better quality of the final product (dry and wet). This, however, is not the only winning card of the Mascar round baler. The machine is also prized for its oversized tyres (optional), designed to improve the stability of the application, a characteristic that can make the difference especially when working on particularly challenging terrain. It should be noted that the introduction of oversized tyres does not affect the compactness of the Monster 770 Cut Plus round baler, whose maximum width is just over 2.5 metres.
