Heavy duty snow tiller from Annovi Aldo
As we approach winter it's time to take a look at the new products in the Annovi Aldo range of implements dedicated to winter road clearing applications. At Agritechnica 2013 the Modena-based company will be presenting its new A70 snow tiller, which is a dual stage application with a central thrower chute. Made of high strength materials – high yield steel – the new arrival in the Annovi Aldo family features two opposing augers protected by torque limiters, designed to convey the snow towards the thrower turbine.
The tiller designed by the company in Corlo di Formigine near Modena, which can be coupled to the tractor front or rear hitch, is outstanding not merely in terms of performance, which is exceptional in even the most adverse environmental conditions, but also thanks to its extremely generous level of standard equipment, which includes an upper deflector, thrower chute hydraulic control system (able to rotate the chute through up to 240°), support skids, clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation PTO, automatic limiters (right and left), and driveshaft.
In addition, the A70 can be supplied with a range of optional equipment – the tractor lift attachment device with hydraulically controlled lateral oscillation, oversized support wheels, high thrower chute for truck transport, DIN 76060A parallelogram hitch frame – all of which make the application even more versatile and enhance its performance. The A70 snow tiller is available on the market in four different models with working widths from the 2100 mm of the A70-210 to the 2700 mm of the A70-270 (top of the range), and with weight from a minimum of 980 kg to a maximum of 1,120 kg.
