Bargam gains strength in the field of balers

Big news at the Bargam house. The company from Imola (Bologna), which has always been active in the field of pesticide treatments, has chosen the general public of EIMA International to launch the VRX 160 Professional round baler, thus strengthening its position in the haymaking sector, in which the company started to diversify its activities a while ago. The VRX 160 Professional is a belt machine with chamber bale formation and variable tilting, able to adapt to the most varied harvesting requirements, depending on the harvesting conditions and the type of product, thanks to the possibility of choosing both the final diameter of the bale (in a range between 50 and 160 centimetres) and the size and density of the central core. The forming chamber, in turn, is composed of a mat of high strength endless-type belts (sleeve without mechanical joining), while the opening of the tailgate is managed by two cylinders with mechanical locking hooks and electrical control. Among the other pluses of this model, we should mention the pick-up with a working width of 220 cm, designed for optimal harvesting even on the wider swaths formed by the new combine harvesters and mower-conditioners. The VRX 160 Professional can be equipped with two different transport groups. The Rotoflow rotary feeder, characterized by the special design of the launching drills, ensures the regularity in the flow of product harvested by the pick-up, accompanying it/launching it evenly into the forming chamber. The Cutsystem cutting unit with rotor, double pairs of spikes and 15 blades (each blade is mounted on a spring guard which safeguards its integrity in the presence of foreign bodies) that provides a product cutting length of about 70-75 mm. Both feed systems are equipped with a movable bottom, directly operated from the tractor cab through an electro-hydraulic control, which facilitates the removal of blockages or obstructions. Available with a net binding group, the new Bargam round baler is an automatic management machine, with an electronic control unit through which the operator can control all the main operating functions. In addition to the Professional version, the Bargam stand will allow you to admire the Competitor version.
