Anti-drift system by Cima
Cima will be in the spotlight at EIMA International where the manufacturer in Montù Beccaria in the province of Pavia will exhibit its range of pneumatic sprayers but the leading players will be the new innovative pneumatic sprayers and dusters with new innovative anti-drift technology with substantial benefits for the environment in operations and for maximum efficiency in plant treatment. This new exclusive feature was developed in collaboration with the DISAFA of University of Turin and brought for Cima a Technical Innovation and Blu award in the EIMA International competition for the pneumatic sprayers and dusters brought to the markets prepared for the first time to go for this anti-drift component for the first time.
The new pneumatic sprayers limit drift resulting from large scale drops without changing the volume and speed of in the area treated or the liters of the product being distributed. This means lowering drift does not diminish the ability of the sprayer to penetrate foliage with the treatment product and thus that of the low volume benchmark which remains unchanged.
Regulation of the sprayer liquid is directly managed by the operator in the cab according to environmental conditions involving wind in or near the sensitive area to becomes another virtuous benchmark for reducing impact on the environment.
