Shredding and spraying: Nobilis show
At Casilina di Deruta it was possible to watch working Nobili's technological solutions for the shredding and spraying sector. There was much emphasis on The RM, TBE TBE-S series 10 mulchers and the NF forestry mulcher. Special attention was also given to the ECO PLUS sprayers
Mulchers and sprayers: Nobili company, from Molinella (Bologna), brough to Casalina di Deruta the jewels of its collection.
RM. Multipurpose and sturdy mulchers designed for shredding grass, straw, cornstalks, sorghum, soy remains, beet and potato leaves. There are four models available- RM 240, 280, 320,400 - all equipped with the gearbox with overrunning clutch. the models RM 280, 320 and 400 may be equipped, upon request, with a lengthways transport kit for road transport. The RM 320 and 400 models are equipped by Nobili with a single rotor with double drive. The standard equipment has the hinged hood while the spreader vanes to spread the chopped product and the safety and protection kit are available upon request. Working widths start from RM 240’s 2,360 mm to reach RM 400’s 4,000 mm.
TBE TBE-S series 10. TBE TBE-S series 10 (Working widths: 1600, 1900, 2200 mm) are multi-purpose and sturdy mulchers, offsetting by a parallelogram arm, work best in the maintenance of the landscape, embankments and green areas. They are suitable for tractors from 60 to 110 Hp and are designed with a high-resistance frame, double hood, double counter-knife, and Hardox skids. They are equipped with a mechanical anti-shock system to work with working angles going from -65° to +90°. The offset is larger in the TBE-S model (the gearbox is fitted outside the frame), therefore, it allows to achieve a more homogenous shredding as the vegetation is not pressed by the tractor.
NF. it is a forestry mulcher designed for deforestation works, cleaning of under growths and uncultivated areas with large sized bushes and brambles. Thanks to the rounded shaped Hardox anti-wear skids, the mulcher can slide on the ground and advance easily in both ways of working. Among the strengths of the NF model there are the large rotor with retractable hammers in forged and hardened steel, (to shred rough vegetation, brushwood and trunks with diameter up to 30 cm), the gearbox with double drive (NF 2000 and 2250) and the five-gorge mono belts designed to ensure a constant power supply during work - the double counter knife. Thanks to these particular technical solutions, says the manufacturer, the NF mulcher is able to shred to shred the vegetable product in a fine and regular way so as to accelerate the decomposition of residues in the soil.
ECO Plus. It is a range of professional sprayers for herbicide treatments at full-field for medium-large size farms. ECO Plus are characterized by their strong resistance and are equipped with frame and hydraulic booms of 12, 14 and 15 m long, with automatic self-leveling system as standard, a 2 pistons system to open and close of the booms (the independent movement of the 4 boom arms, optimizes the sprayer perfomance even in the presence of obstacles). ECO PLUS is produced with tanks of 600, 800 and 1000 l capacity. The basic standard supplies low pressure pumps from 128 to 166 l /min., 5-way control unit with general lever opening/closing, single nozzles with drop stop, and ceramic tip nozzles.
