Ideal, innovation in plant protection treatments

The Paduan company Ideal (headquartered in Castelbaldo) attends the Hanover event with many new products. The following are the main ones. Drop Save is a certified Enama/Entam nebulizer that stands out for its innovative product recovery system. With Drop Save it is possible to work at low volumes on two rows simultaneously and recover up to half of the nebulized liquid, with significant economic and environmental benefits. As the manufacturer explains in a technical note, “the liquid that is not deposited on the vegetation is recovered through a special liquid barrier opposite the emitters and is then automatically recovered and reintroduced into the circuit through a patented suction system”. Drop Save is offered with a dedicated App, allowing the operator to download real-time data and statistics useful for compiling campaign logs. Poly Super Plus is a sprayer designed for medium and large open field cultivation treatments. The true strength of this model is its high-capacity tanks, “assisted” by two types of sturdy large hydraulic bars. The sprayer by Ideal is available with 2500, 3000 and 4000 litre tanks and can be equipped with hydraulic bars (X-type) up to 18 metres or with lateral closing up to 28. Hanover is the stage for presenting the towed version with a four-litre tank, a 21- metre bar, and an air-assisted kit (an air duct that distributes the product in a targeted and accurate way across the surface to be treated). Poly Super Plus 1200 litres is the mounted version of the Poly Super Plus. It is marketed with tanks from 800 to 1200 litres and with bars up to 21 metres long. On these models, Ideal has also provided a U-folding system that highlights the compactness and stability of the application, enabling it to work on different types of crops and terrain.
