The Elephump innovative technology

After its launch at EIMA 2022, where it won the Technical Innovation award, the Elephump motor pump, designed by the Emilian company Irriland, is also on display at Agritechnica.       
In the exhibition space of the Emilian manufacturer – headquartered in Guastalla, Reggio Emilia – the spotlight is on the numerous technological innovations incorporated in this model.

Notably, the new electro-hydraulic system of the motor pump enables full automation not only of the parking foot, rototranslatable wheels, rotating ground support platform, but also of the tilting winch for folding the suction hose and the winch for lifting suction complex.

Thanks to the construction solutions employed by the Emilia-based company Irriland, the suction unit of the Elephump model can reach a length of eight meters and can be folded back on itself, allowing the machine to acquire dimensions suitable for road circulation.

The Irriland motor pump is also equipped with six reels that can contain up to 200 meters of high-pressure working hose, suitable for connecting the swiveling pump delivery to any user.

The new quick hydraulic fittings enable the operator to connect and disconnect hoses quickly and easily. Elephump is equipped with a patented primer, called Eva (Ecological Vacuum Automatic), capable of creating a vacuum and sucking up any type of liquid up to 8.2 meters of depth, under any working conditions.
