Resistance and customisation for the Rinieri ER harrow

Forlì based company Rinieri adds a new piece to its range of soil tillage machines. This is the ER fixed rotary harrow for vineyards and orchards, a mounted model that shreds and levels the soil for seedbed preparation, which stands out for its compact design. Thanks to its small size, the ER fixed rotary harrow is able to move easily between the narrow spaces of the rows, even on the most demanding terrain such as those characterised by the presence of stones and scrub. The use of highly resistant construction materials allows the Rinieri harrow to face the most difficult work situations with great ease, with a life cycle extended over time. Contributing to the machine's strength is the special construction architecture adopted for the side panels - they are shaped and articulated - which "respond" to small impacts and facilitate the movements of the vehicle. Solidity, however, is not the only strong point of the ER harrow, which is also appreciated for its height-adjustable earth flattening blade, designed to customise the working depth with great precision. Another plus of the new Rinieri model are the 25 centimetre knives with high impact resistance, which guarantee a working depth of up to 20 cm, ideal for incorporating organic fertiliser into the vineyard rows. On the new line of fixed rotary harrows, the Forlì-based company has provided six different working sizes (from 100 to 225 centimetres) and two different types of rear roller: cage type for a uniform finish or toothed packer for greater soil compaction. Finally, it should be noted that the ER harrow can be used in combination with a pneumatic seeder for legumes, cereals or grass, thus offering integrated and efficient soil processing.
