Quality and performance for Gandini Meccanica chippers

In the exhibition stand of Gandini Meccanica - Mantuan company based in Guidizzolo with a strong specialization in the chipper market (more than 7 thousand machines produced compared to a catalogue composed of over 60 models) - the spotlight is on the range’s new products. It starts with the 40/60TTS, a medium/large size heavy drum chipper with an actual opening of 400x600 mm - designed by Gandini Meccanica to process logs, and to grind branches and pruning waste. It is an ideal working tool for operators who are all about productivity and yield. Moving on to the big brother family, the CT75/150 model. This is a large heavy drum chipper capable of milling logs up to 800 mm in diameter and with a mouth width of 1500 mm for the most hostile branches. This machine is suitable for forest work where a high production yield and an optimum quality of wood chips are required. We should mention, among the most significant technical solutions of these two models, the mouth opening device (expanded) and the new hydraulic and transmission systems, an even more efficient double-mapping NOstress system and the new “easy and quick” blade changing system. In addition to the chippers, however, this year the manufaturer will present also the new range of shear puller pliers (CS model) available for different types of excavators and for different cutting diameters and the new tracked radio-controlled dumper (DM model) to load/transport the wood even in the most difficult places to reach in perfect safety.
