ISOBUS certification for new Argo Tractors electronic control units
Tractor ECU (electronic control units) developed by Argo Tractors have come through testing in the Reggio Emilia Innovation laboratories, qualified for the certification of ISOBUS (international Standard ISO 11783), for ISOBUS certification by AEF, the Agricultural Industry Electronics Foundation.
This independent, international organization was established as a user platform to provide resources and know-how for the increased use of electronic and electrical systems in farming with a special focus on the ISOBUS protocol.
The adoption of the technology, available on ranges of powerful Landini and McCormick tractors, makes it possible for the tractor and a connected implement to exchange data and information in a universal language using single control device mounted on the tractor.
