Kubota's G series is expanded with a new ride-on mower, the G-261 RD. An evolution of the G-261 model, the new G-261 RD version is available with a rear unloading deck of 1.22 m, and with a 25 hp Kubota Stage V engine, which allows it to reach a forward speed of 19 Km/h. On this machine, Kubota engineers have also renewed the hydrostatic transmission with cruise control, which offers - according to the manufacturer - greater traction and grip, together with the differential lock that facilitates the use of ride-on on loose ground. The cutting height varies from 25 to 102 mm and can be adjusted thanks to an electromagnetic PTO clutch that improves power transmission. The rear discharge deck is derived from Kubota's BX compact tractor and has a solid and robust design. You can also add the optional mulching kit, which handles tall, thick grass or gives a clean finish on shorter grass, shredding residue and returning valuable organic matter to the soil. Finally, a large platform with convenient access and a folding arch, for working in the narrowest of passages, ensure operator comfort. In short, the G-261 RD has been designed by the Japanese manufacturer's technicians to offer a high-performance machine to all operators who carry out green maintenance work on large spaces, such as parks and sports fields.
