Fertilizer spreader by Gamberini, the quality of Plasticone

Gamberini is arriving in Bologna for EIMA International with a new double disc fertilizer spreader which brings together all the traditional strong points in the ranges built by the manufacturer in Funo di Argelato at work in the sector for more than forty years. The new machine is the SPW 1200 PlasticOne designed with a user-friendly approach with simplicity of use, reliability, precision and top performance. The construction of the spreader was designed by the company near Reggio Emilia to provide the end-user with an implement for highly productive work for even the most demanding operations. The rectangular anti-corrosion polyethylene tipping hopper with great resistance to stress has a ten quintal capacity for ensuring lengthy autonomy in the field. The frame made of hot galvanized steel 6 mm thick is reinforced are are many of the other components, including the two AISI 304 stainless steel flow control units with
three adjustable openings for different distribution operations, the two AISI 304 stainless steel spreading discs with 4+4 vanes, the two independent extensible levers to operate each single flow control opening, adjustable for length and inclination for varying uniformity and spread distance as well as all bolts in stainless steel. For the gearboxes for the new spreader Gamberini used aluminum with the gears in oil bath. The SPW 1200 PlasticOne also comes with a filtering grill and cardan shaft as standard equipment and offers a wide range of optional equipment from a Standard Tray spreader trolly with pitch width adjustable from 1200 to 1800 mm, a painted and hot galvanized double conveyer, double hydraulic opening available in a micrometric version and a kit with three rotary wheels adjustable for length for handling the dismounted spreader.
