Cyclone Super-Flex, the new Rotomec also approved for road use

Over fifty years of experience in the design and construction of agricultural machinery; this is the visiting card of Rotomec from Nogara, in the province of Verona, which at EIMA 2018 presents the Cyclone Super-Flex combined mower model, approved for road usage. On models with working widths from 360 to 450 cm it is possible to mount the accessories that allow road circulation, respecting the regulations in force. Using the Cyclone Super-Flex allows to lower labour costs without reducing the work quality. The forward speed between 12 and 15 km/h and the cutting width, which reaches up to 6 m, are decisive factors to reduce processing times and fuel costs, factors that make this machine ideal for the landscaping technicians who must work on large surfaces such as sports fields, public parks, airports and golf courses. Cyclone Super-Flex consisting of a chassis-carriage mechanically and hydraulically connected to three vertical axis mowers of the Cyclone C50 series equipped with rear exhaust, and is produced in four versions with working widths of 360, 450, 510 and 600 cm respectively, requiring power tractors between 25 and 80 Hp. Each unit works independently from the others, being anchored to the frame with oscillating attachments, and rests on four wheels that guarantee an accurate and uniform cut even on rough and uneven terrain. The mowing units are equipped with multipliers, equipped with helical gears to increase strength and silence. At the end of the work or during transport, storage or maintenance, the three mower units can be hydraulically folded up to assume an almost vertical position.
