BGroup launches a variable track sprayer
A self-propelled variable track sprayer with a mechanical bridge is the most significant innovation introduced by BGroup at this year's EIMA International. The MEC V 1505 model was awarded an “Honorable Mention” at the Technical Innovations competition, and features 4-wheel drive steering and a BGroup patented mechanical axle with a variable track. The axle is equipped with hydraulic and electronic components that control its proper functioning via a control unit, optimizing the vehicle's performance. The BGroup's self-propelled vehicle is one of a kind, combining the power of mechanical transmission with the ability to have a variable track from the cabin and a clearance for plants more thna one meter tall.
The exhibition spaces of the Emilian manufacturer (headquartered in Imola) also displayed the MAC JR 1505 self-propelled sprayer, a light hydraulic machine, with a capacity from 1,600 lt up to 2,000 lt. Equipped with 4-wheel drive steering and a new, more comfortable cabin, it offers the ability to vary the track width directly from the driving seat. This self-propelled vehicle is ideal for anyone looking for lightweight agility and maneuverability.
In the mounted sprayer segment, BGroup offers the Spraytec model with fixed axle, available with capacities from 3,200 to 4,200 lt, which can be fitted with hydraulic booms from 18 to 28 m. Equipped with a steering tiller combined with computerized steering management, Spraytec is able to follow the tractor's track precisely during maneuvers. This solution is particularly useful for turning at the end of the field, as it prevents the crop from being crushed by the wheels. The 30° steering angle together with the special design of the frame, tank and boom lift, offer a small turning radius. The vehicle is suitable for the treatment of open field and horticultural crops. Finally, other best sellers offered by the BGroup in Bologna include the light and modular Bliz spray bar, available in sizes from 18 to 28 m. Made with laser bending, stainless steel and aluminum, the Bliz bar is available with one or two fans.
