AMA: all the innovations in exhibition in Bologna
AMA of San Martino in Rio (Reggio Emilia) will be at EIMA International with many new products; here are the most significant ones.
Cylinders for front and rear lifts. Starting from the users’ needs, the Emilian company is able to study, also through FEM calculations, the feasibility of the project in order to evaluate the most suitable solutions for both dimensional specifications and loads. The cylinders can work with a maximum pressure of 300 bar and at a temperature between -30° and 100°.
CL2300. A new column made by AMA's Pertex division that can be used on any type of excavator. It is made with injection-moulded covers. The inclination at the base is actuated by means of a gas spring and controlled by a foot pedal. The upper telescopic system is controlled by the cap in the centre of the steering wheel. The steering diverter is rotated towards the glass to provide better driving ergonomics.
Lower quick-release hitch category 4. This is tailor-made for three-point hitches and category 4 agricultural machinery from 200 to 400 Hp and 147 to 294 kW. Implement hitching and unhitching operations are managed directly from the driver's station inside the cab. Equipped with an internal mechanical block that ensures tightness even under extreme stress conditions, the AMA quick-release hitch is made of top quality materials, painted with a primer and protected with an adhesive tape to be removed before welding.
M-CLUSTER. Designed for vehicles working under severe conditions, subjected to dust, rain and vibrations, M-CLUSTER is able to implement the classic functions of an electronic control unit and to display the main operating parameters of the vehicle thanks to the different inputs and outputs that allow to manage most of the machine functions. M-CLUSTER is equipped with a 7" colour display with high brightness and resolution. The monitor is suitable for vehicles with and without cabs.
Teknico G. This is a seat designed to offer a comfortable position to the driver, increasing the level of safety at work and productivity inside the cabs of tractors and earthmoving machinery. It is characterised by flexible polyurethane padding (with the possibility of sky or real leather upholstery), a customisable seat and compatibility with the most innovative mechanical and pneumatic suspensions.
PRO LINE. This is a protection system for constant velocity joints, consisting of a movable cap which, on contact with the constant velocity joint and the cap, rotates on the ball ring to which it is anchored.
