Five years after the launch of the Airion1 blower, Pellenc puts on the market the Airion2, a lightweight blower with dynamic balancing. The power of the new blower has been increased by 30% compared with the first version. This is the only blower on the market - explains the manufacturer - with a force of 17.5 newtons. Furthermore, Airion 2 is the only blower to be balanced not only when stopped, but also in motion. This innovation makes it possible to prevent musculoskeletal disorders of the operator, respecting the vertical working axis from shoulder to wrist. Thanks to its light weight (2.55 kg), this tool is easy to handle, while the low noise (79 decibels) reduces the noise pollution for the operator and improves the work environment.

The engine of the Airion2 blower is encapsulated in a magnesium alloy body, which ensures total airtightness. The motor is cooled thanks to a magnesium radiator. This technology protects the motor from being damaged, since no air flow for cooling passes through the tool, in contrast to the normally used technique.

“The cooling system and the airtightness of the engine - explains Rémy Thibault, head of the City of Pellenc hub, in a corporate note - doubly protect it from external aggression. Airion2 thus requires very little maintenance, and the set of tests we carried out internally indicates a product life considerably higher than the industry standard.”
