ADR, high tech components at the service of productivity

The components sector also played a key role at the EIMA Show providing technological solutions which may not be visible to the viewer but are a winning features for tractors and implements

Though they may be hidden away in the dark parts of tractors and other agricultural equipment, components make up an operational core of machinery often capable of making the difference for productivity, performance and fuel consumption. This explains the close scrutiny Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) devote in selecting reliable partners committed to technological solutions based on innovation. Thus ADR Group components animated many of the models of machinery put to work during the EIMA Show demonstrations in the field. Following are some of the latest generation technologies brought in by the Lombardy manufacturer headquartered in Uboldo in the Province of Varese:

Rod ends with Sol 800x1200 coupling. The wide range of these products are versatile with load capacities from 250 kilograms to 15 tons, available with or without braking system. The ADR rod ends with coupling are also suitable for agricultural trailers and construction machinery (from the catalogue or personalized).

Teknoax L1200xH400. This is a tubular monobloc axle body with integrated spindles built with hot plastic deformation of the axle body for a seamless and continuous structure to distribute stress and harden the bearing seat location. Smart Fit is special modelling of the square section of the axle body to improve the axle’s flexural strength and make it possible to couple it to the suspension without welding. This means the vehicle useful load can be increased and the tractor’s fuel consumption and wear on the tires are lowered. The Air Spindle is a new hollow spindle design with a reduced protrusion of the hub.

Bogie L800xH1200. Mechanical suspension in a plug and play version with parabolic leaf springs. The load capacities range from 8 to 28 tons and the wheelbase from 920 to 1,900 millimeters. 

Tridem L800xH1200. Tande and Tridem mechanical suspensions are available with multi leaf springs from 80 to 100 millimeters. For vehicles which operate at high speeds ADR proposes 3” and 4” parabolic springs. Thanks to their innovative design these suspensions guarantee braking capacity and driving stability.

Hydraulique L800xH1200. The HydrOK range of hydraulic suspensions was designed to meet the safety standards applied to most recent agricultural machinery standards. The height of shift and the way the suspension reacts can be selected independently for driving stability, especially for heavy trailers with high centers of gravity and significant tire float. 

HydroEvo. This independent hydraulic suspension was designed to ensure maximum traction of the tires on the ground even in the most demanding conditions. Also for maximum lateral stability and braking efficiency on irregular surfaces and with unbalanced loads.
