The presence of a production sector related to graphics and design applied to agricultural machinery at EIMA International is absolutely crucial. This is in fact one of the most lively and creative sectors, the dynamism of which can be explained through the increasing attention paid from final users to the look of their tractors and agricultural machines. Indeed, aesthetics represents, as well as ergonomics, energy and consumption efficiency, a decisive factor for the purchase of a machine. In this sector, the spotlight is kept on the Italian business 76 Industrial Graphics Evolution (with headquarters in Montecchio, in the province of Reggio Emilia), with 40 years of history at its back in the field of industrial graphics, 3D logos and decoration. Through the years, and thanks to technological innovations, which also characterized the sector of graphic design, the products provided by 76 Industrial Graphics Evolution moved towards new materials and work methods. As a result, alongside the typical industrial processes, an increasingly stronger customization has appeared, thanks to which the work team of the company from Montecchio is today able to operate on a single component, directly on site, but according to an industrial logic. It is the so-called wrapping technique. Borrowed from the automotive sector, the wrapping consists in the application of stickers that can modify, often significantly, the look of a bodywork. “This technique – explains in a note the company from Emilia Romagna – can be considered as an authentic “personalisation process”, that starts from feasibility analysis and project design to end with an application on a machine. And all of that to the client’s home. It is in this specific sector, considered as the new frontier of the agro-mechanic market, that 76 Industrial Graphics Evolution is investing its resources, materials, and new textures.
