di Hinowa. “15.70 Performance IIIS”, questo il nome della nuova piat-

taforma, evoluzione della Goldlift 14.70, ha una struttura articolata rea-

lizzata in acciaio altoresistenziale e adotta uno schema a pantografo ottenendo

così un’elevazione filo muro costante di 10 metri e una quota massima di lavo-

ro che raggiunge i 15,40 metri. Inoltre, il “jib” di classe Performance offre una

portata utile di 230 kg disponibile in maniera uniforme lungo tutto l’arco di la-

voro della macchina senza più variazioni di peso massimo dipendenti dalla po-

sizione del cestello, dalla quota di lavoro e dall’estensione dei bracci, con uno

sbraccio orizzontale costante di 6,6 metri. Per quanto riguarda le motorizzazio-

ni, Hinowa offre di serie due opzioni bi-energy per la nuova LightLift 15.70. Dal

punto di vista del motore termico, sia le unità a benzina Honda da 390 cc e 11,7

Cv SAE con controllo automatico del regime di rotazione sia i diesel Hatz da 10

Cv SAE con acceleratore automatico assicurano efficienza, affidabilità, bassi con-

sumi con emissioni ridotte, mentre entrambe le power unit sono associate a un

motore ad alimentazione elettrica compatibile con tensione di rete a 110 e a

220 volt. La versione Lithium-Ion è invece equipaggiata con un pacco batteria al

litio da 36 volt e 100 Ampère/ora con sistema di ricarica rapida (80% in due ore)

in modalità plug-in. Questa unità sostituisce sia il motore termico sia quello elet-

trico. Consentendo di lavorare anche in assenza di collegamento alla rete elet-

trica. Semplice e immediato il controllo operativo della macchina, dotata di un

pannello comandi che prevede un pulsante per la stabilizzazione, uno per la de-

stabilizzazione e un joystick per la movimentazione della meccanica aerea. Le

informazioni possono essere lette dall’operatore su un display di facile lettura.

Anche la nuova LightLift 15.70 monta il sistema di controllo e diagnostica RAHM,

che permette in ogni momento di localizzare la macchina grazie a un dispositi-

vo GPS installato a bordo.

inowa S.p.A unveiled a tracked aerial platform model, the LightLift 15.70

Performance IIIS, at the recent Bauma 2016 in Munich. The articulat-

ed structure of the new aerial platform, based on the Goldlift 14.70, is

built with high resistance steel and utilizes a pantograph system allowing a con-

stant elevation of 10 meters flush up against a wall and a maximum working

height of 15.4 meters. The Performance class jib provides a uniform capacity of

230 kilograms throughout the machine’s entire working area. There is no varia-

tion of maximum weight depending on the position of the basket, on the work-

ing height and on the extension of the arms, with a constant horizontal working

outreach of 6.6 meters.

On the power side, the Italian manufacturer offers as standard equipment two

bi-energy options for the new LightLift 15.70. One is the 390 cc 11.7 SAE Hp

Honda gasoline engine with automatic RPM speed control and the other is a 10

SAE Hp Hatz diesel engine with automatic accelerator to ensure efficiency, reli-

ability, low fuel consumption and reduced emissions. Both power plants are con-

nected to an electric motor which is compatible with a 110 and a 220 Volt pow-

er supply.

The Lithium-Ion version is instead equipped with a 36 Volt and 100 Amp/hour

lithium battery pack, with a plug-in fast charging system (80% in two hours). This

unit substitutes both the combustion engine and the electric motor and allows

working without a connection to a mains power supply.

The handling and control of the machine are made simple and immediate by a

control panel with a button for stabilization, another for destabilization and a joy-

stick for shifting the aerial mechanics. An easy-to-read display provides the op-

erator with information. Moreover, the new LightLift 15.70 is equipped with a

RAHM control and diagnostic system which makes it possible to locate the ma-

chine at all times through the on-board GPS installation.
