cinque anni dall’uscita del soffiatore Airion1, Pellenc pro-

pone al mercato Airion2, un soffiatore ultraleggero con bi-

lanciamento dinamico. La potenza del nuovo soffiatore è

stata incrementata del 30% rispetto alla prima versione. Si trat-

ta infatti dell’unico soffiatore sul mercato – spiega la casa co-

struttrice – con una forza di 17,5 newton. Inoltre Airion2 è l’uni-

co soffiatore ad essere bilanciato non solo da fermo ma anche

in movimento. Questa innovazione permette di prevenire i di-

sturbi muscolo-scheletrici dell’operatore, rispettando l’asse di

lavoro verticale dalla spalla al polso. Grazie alla sua leggerezza

(2,55 kg di peso) l’utensile risulta maneggevole, mentre la bas-

sa rumorosità (79 decibel) permette di ridurre i disturbi sonori

per l’operatore migliorando l’ambiente di lavoro.

Il motore del soffiatore Airion2 è incapsulato in un corpo in lega

di magnesio, che garantisce un’ermeticità totale. Il motore vie-

ne raffreddato grazie a un radiatore di magnesio. Questa tec-

nologia permette di evitare che il motore si rovini, dal momento

che nell’utensile non passa alcun flusso d’aria a fini di raffred-

damento, contrariamente alla tecnica normalmente utilizzata.

Furthermore, Airion 2 is the only

blower to be balanced not only

when stopped, but also in motion.

This innovation makes it possible to prevent musculoskele-

tal disorders of the operator, respecting the vertical working

axis from shoulder to wrist. Thanks to its light weight (2.55

kg), this tool is easy to handle, while the low noise (79 deci-

bels) reduces the noise pollution for the operator and im-

proves the work environment.

The engine of the Airion2 blower is encapsulated in a mag-

nesium alloy body, which ensures total airtightness. The mo-

tor is cooled thanks to a magnesium radiator. This technolo-

gy protects the motor from being damaged, since no air flow

for cooling passes through the tool, in contrast to the nor-

mally used technique.

Airion2 thus requires very little maintenance, and the set of

tests we carried out internally indicates a product life con-

siderably higher than the industry standard.”
