The new series of Rovatti pumps for hydraulic motors

Rovatti Pompe launches its new HA series of self-priming pumps to stand alongside its existing HL and HX series of centrifugal pumps, made of cast iron and AISI 316 stainless steel, respectively. The new HA series of cast iron self-priming pumps consists of three models with 2'' and 3'' suction/delivery ports that can achieve a flow rate of up to 72 m3/h and pressure head up to 36 m. The HL and HX series of centrifugal pumps can achieve a flow rate of up to 140 m3/h and pressure head of up to 70 m. All H series pumps can be coupled to hydraulic motors with an SAE B flange and 13T-16/32 DP splined shaft, making it possible not to use elastic couplings. They are built compact and mounting is versatile as the pump position is not limited to a PTO or crankshaft. H pumps are thus suitable for both fixed installations on the ground and for installation on trucks. Pump performance is customizable as it depends on the hydraulic oil supply to the engine, which can be quickly adjusted. H pumps can therefore be used at different speeds (up to 3,000 min-1) and can perform different services from the same installation or be used for different applications. Cleaning and maintenance operations are simplified by the fact that the pump and motor are easily separable. Rovatti highlights how the H series may be the technological benchmark for pumps for drainage of excavation sites, washing systems, spraying systems, liquid transfer and dust suppression in various industrial and agricultural sectors.
