Imovilli's new highly-resistant pumps
Imovilli Pompe is focusing on the duration of its products and at this year's EIMA event is presenting two series of pumps designed to resist chemical aggression and abrasion. These product lines are sure to catch the eye of weed control and liquid fertilization operators, who work with undiluted chemically aggressive products or even mixtures, but are also meant to address other uses such as soil inoculation, plant sanitization, disinfection and washing of ground surfaces.
The new series are new additons to the current range of D and IM series pumps and share many of the same main parts. Specifically, the first new line of products is the C.A.P (Chemical Aggressive Proof) series for low and medium pressure pumps with all parts in contact with the pumped liquids made of stainless steel and special plastics. Models available include the D 133 C.A.P, the D 93 C.A.P and the MINI C.A.P., with flow rates of 130 l/min, 86 l/min and 25 l/min, respectively, and a working pressure between 15 and 25 bar. The second new product line is the P.C.P. series (Plastic Coated Pump) of high pressure pumps with all metal parts made of stainless steel or plasticized in order to resist both chemical aggression and high pressures. Models available include the IM 312 P.C.P. and the IM 310 P.C.P., with flow rates of 130 and 90 l/min, respectively, and a maximum working pressure of 40 bar. Imovilli Pompe wishes to point out that it is possible to customize the assembly configuration of each model upon request, as well as to opt for different types of membranes (NBR, Desmopan, or Viton), and accessories (protective headphones, remote tank, oil level or rotation sensor), flanges and reducers for electric, internal combustion and hydraulic motors.
