Under the motto "Green pumps, green growth", Annovi Reverberi, one of the leading international players in the sector of pumps for agricultural applications, introduces the AR 1604 AP GREEN OIL diaphragm pump. This is an innovative model that uses a lubrication system based on edible oil and therefore represents a significant step forward towards more environmentally friendly agricultural management. The technology introduced by Annovi Reverberi is the answer to one of the most complex challenges that the primary sector faces: the potential contamination from mineral oil lubricating the spraying processes. The AR 1604 AP GREEN OIL pump is designed to ensure maximum safety when spraying any type of crop. In the event of accidental leaks or membrane ruptures, edible oil does not pose a risk to agricultural products. In fact, unlike traditional mineral lubricating oils, the oil used does not come from the refining of fossil fuels, and this makes its disposal more sustainable. But the innovations don't stop there.

The AR 1604 AP GREEN OIL is equipped with high-resistance tempered steel valves, designed for spraying particularly aggressive substances such as kaolin. This agent is commonly used in organic farming and requires highly resistant components, such as those of the latest addition to the Annovi Reverberi family, to avoid premature wear and tear.

“Agriculture is going through a transformation phase towards increasingly environmentally-friendly practices and Annovi Reverberi wants to be at the forefront of this change,” comments Alberto Rocchi, the company's technical manager. “With our new AR 1604 AP GREEN OIL, we are not only contributing to reducing our environmental impact, but also offering technologies that improve the efficiency and safety of agricultural operations. We are proud that this innovation has been recognized and to have received a mention in the EIMA 2024 Technical Innovation Competition”.
