Seko Industries acquires Danish Kongskilde

Seko Industries, a company from Curtarolo in the province of Padua, has acquired the Danish brand Kongskilde from the CNH Group. The company, whose headquarters are in Albertslung near Copenhagen, offers a complete range of agricultural equipment ranging from haymaking machines to those for working the soil. With the change of ownership, production which under CNH, was located in the Kutno plant in Poland, will move to the Curtarolo plant. According to what was announced by the CEO of Seko, Giampaolo Mercati, interviewed by Sole 24 Ore, the Paduan company plans to double its workforce, strengthening its production, technical and commercial departments. Seko Industries, which today exports over 80% of its production, generates revenues of 13 million euros per year with a workforce of 40 employees but, as a result of the new acquisition, the company expects to reach 30 million euros of revenues by the end of 2026.
