A fornire un’ampia panoramica sul funzionamento della misura è stato, in occasione della 46ª edizione di EIMA International, il sottosegretario al Ministero delle Imprese e del made in Italy Massimo Bitonci durante un incontro con la stampa. Il 5.0 è una misura molto complessa non solo dal punto di vista procedurale ma – ha sostenuto Bitonci – anche perché l’arco di tempo previsto dalla norma potrebbe non essere sufficiente all’effettiva conclusione dell’investimento. «Per tale motivo stiamo lavorando con Bruxelles su una proroga sino ad aprile 2026. La Commissione europea è aperta a questa trattiva, giacché – ha aggiunto Bitonci – è evidente che crediti di imposta di tale entità hanno bisogno di un periodo di tempo più lungo». Il Sottosegretario, sottolineando l’importanza della meccanizzazione agricola italiana e il ruolo di ambasciatrice del made in Italy che questa riveste, ha annunciato anche l’intenzione di aumentare gli importi finanziabili. Un provvedimento, questo, che sul fronte della tempistica potrebbe già trovare spazio entro l’anno in un Collegato alla legge di Bilancio. Il numero di interventi finanziati sino ad oggi, quantificato in alcune decine di milioni, risulta ancora piuttosto basso, poiché le certificazioni sui consumi ex ante ed ex post necessarie ad ottenere i finanziamenti allungano gli iter procedurali. Bitonci ritiene, tuttavia, che nelle prossime settimane si riscontrerà un sensibile incremento delle domande e che le misure della Transizione 5.0 si confermeranno come un’opportunità per continuare a far crescere il settore e a rendere accessibili le tecnologie innovative che trovano ad EIMA International la loro espressione migliore. certain energy parameters, cover a share varying between 35% and 45% of the cost incurred and are recognized retroactively for all investments made between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2025. The Undersecretary, stressing the importance of Italian agricultural mechanization and the role it plays as an ambassador of Made in Italy products, also announced the intention to increase the amounts that can be financed. This is a measure that, in terms of timing, could already within the year be set out in a document linked to the Budget Law. The numbers of interventions funded to date, quantified in a few tens of millions, are still rather low, since the ex ante and ex post consumption certifications necessary to obtain funding lengthen the procedural procedures. Bitonci believes, however, that in the coming weeks there will be a significant increase in demand and that the Transition 5.0 measures will be seen as an opportunity to continue to grow the sector and make the innovative technologies that find their best expression in this EIMA International accessible.
