The versatility of the S7 Base flail mulcher by Seppi M. a cura della redazione Seppi M. lancia sul mercato la trinciatrice S7 Base, realizzata in acciaio S420. La macchina è stata progettata dai tecnici dell’azienda di Mezzolombardo (Trento) per essere abbinata a trattori con potenza compresa tra i 50 e i 160 Cv e per adattarsi a differenti tipologie di lavorazioni. La S7 Base infatti è destinata non soltanto alla manutenzione dei pascoli e alla pulizia delle reti di irrigazione, ma anche all’impiego sui terreni in pendenza grazie al suo baricentro vicino al trattore. Disponibile con diverse larghezze di lavoro (150, 175, 200, 225 e 250 cm), la trinciatrice prodotta da Seppi M. è equipaggiata con un apparato trinciante composto dal rotore HELIX; i robusti martelli SMO o SMW sono disposti a spirale e permettono di tagliare erba e ramaglie fino a sette centimetri di diametro, con un funzionamento fluido fino a 10 km/h. Tra le innovazioni principali introdotte dell’azienda trentina su questo modello, spicca il dispositivo di protezione composta da catene e bandelle che impediscono ai rami di aggrovigliarsi intorno alla trincia e che evitano anche l'impatto diretto con le pietre. Inoltre, la nuova protezione rinforzata della cinghia richiama la costruzione tipica delle macchine forestali mentre la presenza dei deflettori sulle fiancate proteggere le piante che vengono sfiorate dal passaggio della macchina. Among the main innovations introduced by the Trentino company on this model, stands out the protection device consisting of chains and flaps that prevents twigs from getting tangled around the mulcher and also avoid direct impact with stones. In addition, the new reinforced belt protection recalls the typical construction of forestry machinery while the presence of deflectors on the sides protect the plants that are grazed by the passage of the machine.
