Si tratta dell’erpice rotante fisso ER per vigneti e frutteti, un modello di tipo portato che sminuzza e livella il suolo per la preparazione del letto di semina, che si distingue per il design compatto. Grazie alle sue dimensioni contenute, l’erpice rotante fisso ER è in grado di muoversi agilmente tra gli spazi ristretti dei filari, anche sui terreni più impegnativi come quelli caratterizzati dalla presenza di pietre e sterpaglie. L’utilizzo di materiali costruttivi ad elevata resistenza consente infatti all’erpice Rinieri di affrontare con grande disinvoltura le situazioni di lavoro più difficili, con un ciclo di vita prolungato nel tempo. A migliorare la resistenza della macchina contribuisce la particolare architettura costruttiva adottata per le fiancate – sono sagomate e snodate – che “rispondono” ai piccoli urti e agevolano i movimenti del mezzo. La solidità, tuttavia, non è l’unico punto di forza dell’erpice ER, che si fa apprezzare anche per la sua lama spianaterra regolabile in altezza, progettata per personalizzare con grande precisione la profondità di lavoro. Altro plus del nuovo modello Rinieri sono i coltelli da 25 centimetri ad alta resistenza contro gli urti, che garantiscono una profondità di lavoro fino a 20 cm, ideale cioè per inglobare il concime organico nei filari del vigneto. Sulla nuova linea di erpici rotanti fissi la casa forlivese ha previsto sei diverse misure di lavoro (da 100 a 225 centimetri) e due differenti di tipologie di rullo posteriore: a gabbia per una finitura uniforme o packer dentato per una maggiore compattazione del terreno. Contributing to the machine's strength is the special construction architecture adopted for the side panels - they are shaped and articulated - which "respond" to small impacts and facilitate the movements of the vehicle. Solidity, however, is not the only strong point of the ER harrow, which is also appreciated for its height-adjustable earth flattening blade, designed to customise the working depth with great precision. Another plus of the new Rinieri model are the 25 centimetre knives with high impact resistance, which guarantee a working depth of up to 20 cm, ideal for incorporating organic fertiliser into the vineyard rows. On the new line of fixed rotary harrows, the Forlì-based company has provided six different working sizes (from 100 to 225 centimetres) and two different types of rear roller: cage type for a uniform finish or toothed packer for greater soil compaction. Finally, it should be noted that the ER harrow can be used in combination with a pneumatic seeder for legumes, cereals or grass, thus offering integrated and efficient soil processing.
