Si tratta della serie 800 EVO, diretta evoluzione della “storica” serie 800 che, apprezzata per la sua affidabilità e per la sua elevata produttività, si rinnova con implementazioni tecniche di assoluto livello. I nuovi ripuntatori Dondi, pensati per trattori da 130 a 370 Cv e per larghezze di lavoro da 2,5 a 4 metri, si segnalano in primo luogo per l’attacco a tre punti unificato – ISO/DIN 730 cat. 3 e 4N e ISO/DIN 11001-1 cat. 3 e 4N (U-frame coupler) – e per il telaio ad elevatissima resistenza strutturale, studiato appositamente per lavorazioni intensive e professionali. Inoltre, sui modelli 800 EVO, l’azienda di Bastia Umbra ha rinnovato il design, ottimizzato per migliorare il deflusso del terreno e dei residui vegetali. Viene invece riconfermato il caratteristico angolo di lavoro delle ancore a 45° con l’obiettivo di ridurre gli sforzi di trazione e migliorare le capacità di rivoltamento e miscelazione del terreno. Tra le altre caratteristiche salienti, si segnalano il telaio del rullo posteriore di tipo monolitico indipendente da quello del ripuntatore e connesso mediante un sistema di sollevamento a parallelogramma; la possibilità di utilizzare utensili di lavoro intercambiabili e alternativi rispetto all’ancora standard, compatibili con le tecniche di minima lavorazione e/o agricoltura conservativa; le procedure di manutenzione agevolata grazie alla possibilità di smontaggio dei componenti maggiormente soggetti alle sollecitazioni meccaniche. by Fabrizio Sereni News from Dondi. The new Dondi subsoilers, designed for tractors from 130 to 370 Hp and for working widths from 2.5 to 4 meters, stand out first and foremost for their unified threepoint hitch – ISO/DIN 730 cat. 3 and 4N and ISO/DIN 110011 cat. 3 and 4N (U-frame coupler) – and for the frame with very high structural strength, specifically designed for intensive and professional machining. In addition, on the 800 EVO models, the Bastia Umbra-based company has renewed the design, optimised to improve the runoff of soil and plant residues. On the other hand, the characteristic working angle of the 45° anchors is reconfirmed with the aim of reducing tractive forces and improving the soil's turning and mixing capabilities. Other salient features include the monolithic rear roller frame, independent from that of the subsoiler and connected by a parallelogram lifting system; the possibility of using interchangeable and alternative work tools compared to the standard anchor, compatible with minimum tillage and/or conservation agriculture techniques; maintenance procedures are facilitated thanks to the possibility of disassembling the components most subject to mechanical stress.
