I progettisti dell’azienda piemontese – il quartier generale si trova a Canale, tra le colline del Roero patrimonio Unesco – hanno sviluppato un sistema di alimentazione completamente elettrico, sia per il funzionamento dei motori, che permettono la rotazione delle lame, sia per la movimentazione. La macchina può essere impiegata su qualsiasi tipo di trattore, basta collegarla alla batteria (12V). Questo consente un importante risparmio di carburante e l’eliminazione di eventuali problematiche dovute al surriscaldamento dell’attrezzo e dell’impianto idraulico della trattrice, evitando perdite di olio sul suolo e migliorando quindi la sostenibilità delle lavorazioni. Come il modello CM-SN, la cimatrice CM-SNE è una macchina leggera e allo stesso tempo molto robusta, progettata senza organi di scorrimento per ridurre usura e vibrazioni. L’attrezzatura – dichiara Fabrizio Bertoluzzo, CEO di BFM – si adatta a qualsiasi esigenza di potatura. Infatti, il sistema di movimentazione a pantografo sincronizzato incrementa la velocità di movimento sia negli spazi ridotti che su zone più ampie, con l’apertura da centro trattore che varia da 0,55 a 1,55 metri mentre la regolazione dell’altezza da terra arriva fino a 3,20 metri. Le lame in acciaio inox antiusura, sono modellate in modo da creare un effetto aspirazione che ottimizza la qualità del taglio, inoltre sono lucidate a specchio per diminuire il deposito della linfa che potrebbe limitare le prestazioni del macchinario. In fact, the synchronised pantograph handling system increases the speed of movement both in confined spaces and over larger areas, with the opening from the centre of the tractor varying from 0.55 to 1.55 metres while the ground clearance adjustment is up to 3.20 metres. The blades, made of wear-resistant stainless steel, are shaped to create a suction effect that optimises the quality of the cut. They are also mirror-polished to reduce sap deposition that could limit machine performance. Thanks to the special design of the blades - Bertoluzzo further explains - the sap slides off, thus ensuring a precise cut throughout.
